Terms and Conditions for Baby Equipment Rentals

Rental Agreement
By renting baby equipment from Tiny Traveler, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Rental Period

• The rental period will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Extensions may be available if requested in advance and confirmed by Tiny Traveler and at additional costs.

Payment & Deposit

• Full payment is due upon booking confirmation.

Condition of Equipment

• All equipment is provided in clean, sanitised, and excellent working condition. The renter is responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and notifying Tiny Traveler of any issues immediately.

Usage & Responsibility

• The equipment must be used according to its intended purpose. The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety and appropriate use of all rented items.
• Tiny Traveler is not liable for any injuries or accidents arising from misuse of the rented items.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Equipment should be returned in reasonably clean condition. A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned in excessively dirty or soiled condition.

Damage, Loss, or Theft

• The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds are not available for cancellations within 72 hours of the rental period.

2. Terms and Conditions for Soft Play Equipment Rentals

Rental Agreement
This rental agreement pertains to Tiny Traveler’s soft play equipment rentals. By booking, the renter agrees to comply with the following terms.

Rental Duration

• Soft play equipment rentals are for one-day use only. Equipment must be available for pack-down at the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees.

Usage Restrictions

• Indoor Use Only: Soft play equipment must be set up and used indoors.
• No Glitter, Food, Shoes or sharp objects: No food, drinks, glitter, shoes or sharp objects are permitted on the equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supervision Required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the soft play equipment.
• Equipment is for children aged 1-5 years old ONLY and children older are not permitted to use the equipment

Condition & Safety

• Tiny Traveler ensures all soft play items are clean, sanitised, and safe for use. The renter is responsible for setting up the equipment in a safe area and following all usage guidelines.

Cleaning & Damage

• The renter must return all equipment in clean condition. Any excessive dirt or damage, including stains from food or glitter, will incur a cleaning or repair fee and billed separately.

Liability Waiver

• Tiny Traveler is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the use of the soft play equipment. By renting, the renter agrees to hold Tiny Traveler harmless for any injuries related to the use of rented items.

Cancellation Policy
